Vintage Postcards

I stumbled upon these absolutely wonderful vintage post cards on Na Pali coast. These are my three favs.

Kite boarding

So if you haven't experienced the wonderful world of colorful kites, ocean scenery, and exciting sport of kite boarding you are truly missing out. I've tried explaining kite boarding before but it is something you have to see so I have included this fun video.

Surprisingly easy to learn (at least the basic skills) kite boarding is a fast growing sport so keep your eyes out for these crazy people who are invading beaches, parks, mountains, and just about any location with enough wind and space for them to play

I recently took my fourth lesson (not quite pro yet) as evidenced by the bulky life vest and helmet. It normally takes about five or six lessons before you can go off on your own  but I'm a pansy so I'll keep the helmet!

But don't let this minor fashion set-back turn you off. There's tons of cool gear available like these groovy rash guards as well as kites of every color. And if you decide kite boarding is indeed not for you maybe you'd be down for a chill day of long boarding or the classic tourist sport of boogie boarding

Island Style

My parents seem to be suffering a little jet lag. Lucky for me I am a night owl and this evening I went exploring. I snapped some photos during my journey of anything that caught my eye. I can't help but feel intoxicated by the relaxed atmosphere.

first post ever

Hello everyone,

 so I am currently stuck outside what was once my house in Tacoma using Abbi Wynne-Wilson's computer. AHHH! I just got in. Anyway, I was procrastinating and decided I would get this started. Since this is my first post I just want to say that in the future I would like to fill this imaginary space with; people, pictures, music, art, clothes, places, food, fun, and overall experiences that my life will be made up of for the next year or so. I probably won't post anything for a few weeks but I wanted to let this intro have time to settle in the atmosphere.
